PKRGame Terms & Conditions – Know Your Rights Before You Play

The minimum deposit on pkrgame is Rs 200. pkrgame reserves the right to apply maximum deposit limits on a per-account basis. Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension.

pkrgame processes deposits as quickly as the payment method allows. If a deposit does not appear in your pkrgame wallet within a reasonable time frame after your payment provider confirms the transaction, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

pkrgame is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly. The standard processing time for withdrawals on pkrgame is under 15 minutes from request submission during normal operating hours. Withdrawals via Bank IBFT may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

The minimum withdrawal amount on pkrgame is Rs 500. Withdrawals are paid to the same payment method used for deposit wherever possible. pkrgame does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Before processing a withdrawal, pkrgame may require identity verification (KYC) if it has not already been completed on your account. This is a standard industry requirement and is designed to protect your funds.
• Any active bonus balance must meet its associated wagering requirement before the related deposit and winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses on pkrgame unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly on its promotion page — pkrgame does not hide these figures.
• One Bonus Per Player: Each promotion is available once per player, per household and per payment method. Using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus constitutes fraud.

• The outcome of casino games is determined by chance. Past outcomes have no influence on future results. No strategy can guarantee a win.
• The Return to Player (RTP) percentage displayed for each slot game is the long-term statistical average certified by the game developer and independently audited. Individual session results will vary.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round on pkrgame — including server errors, connectivity issues or display faults — the round will be treated according to the platform's malfunction policy. • All sports bets are settled according to the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body. pkrgame will wait for official confirmation before settling disputed or abandoned matches.
• In the event that a sports event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled before the applicable number of overs or playing time that constitutes a complete match (as specified per sport), bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed on pkrgame, the odds are locked in regardless of subsequent market movements.
• In-play betting odds reflect real-time match conditions and are subject to suspension at any time. A bet request submitted during a suspension will not be accepted.
