Occasionally players run into issues accessing their pkrgame account. Below are the most common reasons and how to resolve each one quickly without needing to contact support.

Account Locked or Suspended
pkrgame accounts may be temporarily locked after several consecutive failed login attempts as a security measure. If your account is locked, wait 30 minutes and try again with the correct credentials. If your account has been suspended for another reason — such as a pending identity verification or a responsible gaming request you made — contact support@pkrgame.click with your registered mobile number and our team will explain the reason and next steps.
Logging in on a New Device
If you are logging in to pkrgame from a device you have not used before, you may be prompted for OTP verification regardless of whether OTP-on-login is enabled on your account. This is a standard security measure to confirm that the new device access is authorised by you. Complete the OTP verification and your login will proceed normally. The new device will be added to your trusted devices list.
Keeping Your PKRGame Login Secure
The single most important habit for pkrgame login security is using a password that is unique to pkrgame and not reused on any other platform or app. If the same password is used across multiple sites and one of those sites is compromised, all accounts sharing that password become vulnerable.
